Despite all the cheap shots, Tim Tebow was able to completely dominate the Hilltoppers, throwing for three touchdowns and running for another. He now has 17 total TD's in his young career.
Percy Harvin only touched the ball six times, but was as electric as ever, scoring once. Bubba Caldwell looked good and sophomore Riley Cooper topped 100 yards and scored on two TD passes from Tebow.
The defense looked good, I don't think their inexperience will be as much a problem as I initially thought it would. But we will find that out for sure when Tennessee comes to the Swamp in a couple weeks.
True freshman backup QB Cam Newton saw some action in mop up duties late in the game and threw and nice pass then ran for a Tebowesque touchdown, capping the scoring. The game was ended early due to lightening.
Chris Rainey, another freshman looked explosive returning punts, even running out of his shoes in the process.
